1. Click Company > Preferences.
2. Select State Tax rates and click OK.
3. Enter the states 2 digit abrev and click OK.
4. If there are no tax rate information for the selected state, you can enter the information now and click OK.
5. If you wish to edit existing data, just enter them in the appropriate boxes and click OK.
6. If you wish to delete a tax bracket, set min and max range to zero and click OK.
7. If you wish to add a new tax bracket.
1. Set all min and max ranges to zero and click OK.
2. Repeat steps 1 thru 4 and click OK.
